For the 3rd time this year, the Monica Foster Team has earned a spot in RE/MAX of Texas coveted Quarterly Top 20 List for real estate performance based upon commissions earned.  For the 3rd quarter the team was #12 in all of Greater Houston (even though our service area is only the Greater Clear Lake and Pearland areas including League City, Kemah, Seabrook, Clear Lake City, Friendswood, Pearland, and Dickinson) and for the first time breaking the top 20 in all of Texas at #18!  This milestone is even more significant since it was accomplished with just a 3 licensed-person team, one of whom we just added in June. It is a testament to our team, clients, tools, and marketing.  Thanks to all our clients that made this happen!
