The Reserve at Clear Lake City is a brand new new development at El Dorado and Clear Lake City Blvd.
The Reserve at Clear Lake City will offer a wide range of activities including walking/bike trails throughout the neighborhood, playgrounds, swimming pool, splash park, tennis courts, and a recreation center.
The Reserve at Clear Lake City is located south of Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8) and east of the Gulf Freeway off Space Center Boulevard. Construction on Phase One will begin in Early 2015 and will include single family homes in addition to an exclusive gated section of Villas patio homes.
Model homes are just being built and the only school information available at this time is homes on the east side of Eldorado is zoned for Clear Lake high school and those on the west side are zoned for Clear Brook high school.
