Wonderful subdivision with all the ameinaties but plenty of the elbow room between neighbors. Room to grow. Deer abound almost like pets or wonderful yard decoration for the neighborhood. Swimming pools, tennis courts, camping area. Presently the lot has no electricity available on the street but activity seems to be pickling up. Each property will need to provide for their own well and septic system. Live a more peaceful life in the country yet easy access to Houston or the beach.
