Fully furnished corporate rental cottage over looking Portofino Marina in Kemah Texas. All utilities are included in rent including WIFI, electric, water, trash pick up and lawn care. There is a detached laundry building with coin op machines open 24/7. Two parking spots, one is covered. If you need parking for your boat or golf cart trailer, arrangements can be made at no additional cost, just let us know. There is a sitting area downstairs under the cottage. There is usually a nice bay breeze and it is a lovely spot to sit and look over the marina. Great place to stay on long term work projects. Great view of marina and Kemah bridge. Located in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance to Kemah Boardwalk water shuttle. Five minutes to Walmart, Target and other stores.
