Back in January the Monica Foster Team announced how it did. Now with Real Trends we get to see how we did against our Peers in the Mega-team category. Not to shabby with 450 sides on 150M in volume considering Houston has been one of the hardest markets in the U.S.! Many teams focus on volume but I like to focus on transactions because that is more indicative of the work and our team works hard at price points many others don’t. Thus, I am incredibly proud of the team ranking #62 nationally and #3 in the state!
